Steps
- Step 1 Soak 2 tbsp chawli overnight, pressure cook it and keep aside
- Step 2 Boil 1/4th cup fresh peas and keep aside
- Step 3 Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a frying pan at a low flame and add 1 tbsp diced onion, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic and sauté
- Step 4 Once the onions start turning translucent, add the previously cooked chawli and fresh peas, add water as required, stir well
- Step 5 Once the soup starts simmering, add 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp mixed herbs, and mix properly
- Step 6 Pour the soup in a blender and blend till a soup like consistency is obtained
- Step 7 Serve hot
