Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add cooked and mashed rajma, 2 tbsp chopped onion,1/2 tsp chopped garlic and mix well
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp coriander powder and 1/4 tsp salt for taste
- Step 3
Mix in 1 tbsp oat flour for binding and shape into a patty
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding lemon juice
- Step 5
Heat a nonstick pan, add 1/2 tsp oil, place the patty and roast on both sides until crisp and golden brown
- Step 6
Cut the burger bun in half and spread 1 tsp mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bun and 1 tsp tomato ketchup on the top half of the bun
- Step 7
Place a lettuce leaf over the 1 tsp mayonnaise and add the cooked bean oats patty
- Step 8
Top it up with 2 onion slices, 2 tomato slices and cover with the top bun
- Step 9
