- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute until soft
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp of each red chilli powder, jeera powder, dhania powder, salt and mix everything
- Step 3 Turn off the heat and seta side
- Step 4 In a mixing bowl, add cooked rajma and mash it.
- Step 5 Add cooked carrot mixture, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp oats flour and a little water
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 7 Mix all ingredients and shape into a round shape cutlet
- Step 8 Heat a pan, add 1 tsp oil, place the cutlet and roast it on both sides until golden brown and set aside
- Step 9 Take a burger bun and cut it into 2 halves.
- Step 10 Spread 2 tsp mayonnaise evenly, place the bean cutlet and layer with 2 tomato slices, 2 onion slices and a lettuce.
- Step 11 Cover the bun and serve with ketchup.
