Soups are one of the best options to start a meal with, Spring onions are an excellent source of vitamin C, calcium, and dietary fiber. It provides a healthy yet nutritious liquid meal option.
In a kadai, add 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion, 2 tbsp chopped basil leaves, 1/4th cup chopped boiled potato and mix well.
Add 1 tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder and stir well.
Add water, cover and cook.
Blend to a smooth consisitency.
Now add 1 tbsp fresh cream.
Mix and serve.
