Basil Spring Onion Soup Recipe

1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Cream
1/4 Boiled Chopped Cup(33.0 gm) Potato
2 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Basil Leaves
100 Ml(100.0 ml) Water
1/2 Tsp(1.0 ml) Olive Oil
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper
1 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
2 Chopped Tbsp(11.0 gm) Spring Onion
  • In a kadai, add 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion, 2 tbsp chopped basil leaves, 1/4th cup chopped boiled potato and mix well.

  • Add 1 tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder and stir well.

  • Add water, cover and cook.

  • Blend to a smooth consisitency.

  • Now add 1 tbsp fresh cream.

  • Mix and serve.
