Steps

For Pesto
In a mixer grinder, add 3/4 tsp olive oil, 1/3 tbsp chopped walnut, 1.5 tbsp chopped basil leaves,1/3 tsp chopped garlic, 1/3 tsp lemon juice, 1/4th tsp salt, blend it together, make a thick sauce.

For Pizza
On a pizza base, add cooked quinoa and 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 200 degree Celsius for 15 minutes.

Serve hot.
