1.5 Chopped Tbsp(5.0 gm) Basil Leaves

1/3 Chopped Tbsp(4.0 gm) Walnut

1/3 Chopped Tsp(0.93 gm) Garlic

1/3 Tsp(2.0 ml) Lemon Juice

0.09 Tsp(0.4 gm) Salt

3/4 Tsp(2.0 ml) Olive Oil

100 Ml(100.0 ml) Water

2 Tbsp(28.0 gm) Quinoa

2 Grated Tbsp(16.0 gm) Mozzarella

1 Number(65.0 gm) Pizza Bread
For Pesto
In a mixer grinder, add 2 tsp olive oil, 1 tbsp chopped walnut, 4 tbsp chopped basil leaves,1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/4th tsp salt, blend it together, make a thick sauce.
For Pizza
On a pizza base, spread 1 tbsp pesto sauce, add cooked quinoa and 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 200 degree Celsius for 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
