Steps
- Step 1 For PestoIn a mixer grinder, add 2 tsp olive oil, 1 tbsp chopped walnut, 4 tbsp chopped basil leaves,1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/4th tsp salt, blend it together, make a thick sauce
- Step 2 For PizzaOn a pizza base, spread 1 tbsp pesto sauce, add cooked quinoa and 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese
- Step 3 Bake at 200 degree Celsius for 15 minutes
- Step 4 Serve hot
