- Step 1 In a blender jar, add drained barnyard millet and tur dal, 2 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, salt as per taste, 1 tbsp rice flour, water as required.
- Step 2 Grind to a fine and smooth batter. Transfer it to a bowl and rest the batter for a few minutes.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 4 Brush a nonstick pan with oil and pour a ladleful of batter. Spread it gently in a circular motion as thin as possible and top it up with 1/2 cup julienne green capsicum.
- Step 5 Roast them on a medium flame till brown and crispy.
- Step 6 Flip the cheela and cook it from the other side.
- Step 7 Serve hot with chutney.
