Steps
- Step 1
In a pan, heat 1 tsp butter.
- Step 2
Add 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1/8th cup diced red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 2 tbsp diced baby corn, 3 broccoli florets, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion and mix well.
- Step 3
Add 1 tbsp barley, water, mix and add 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp lemon juice.

Cook Well
- Step 5
Serve the soup piping hot.
