2 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Barley

150 Ml(150.0 ml) Water

2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Ghee

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera

2 Number(0.22 gm) Cloves

1/4 Tsp(0.74 gm) Hing

5 Number(0.55 gm) Kadi Patta

1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi

1 Chopped Tbsp(9.0 gm) Carrot

1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Peas

1 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Cabbage

2 Tbsp(34.0 gm) Tur Dal
Heat 2 tsp ghee in the cooker and add 2 cloves, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp hing, 5 kadi patta and mix it well.
When seeds crackle, add 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp peas, 1 tbsp chopped cabbage, soaked tur dal, soaked barley, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt and saute on the medium flame for sometime.
Add water as required, mix well and pressure cook till 3 whistles.
Serve hot.
