Steps
- Step 1 Heat 2 tsp ghee in the cooker and add 2 cloves, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp hing, 5 kadi patta and mix it well
- Step 2 When seeds crackle, add 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp peas, 1 tbsp chopped cabbage, soaked tur dal, soaked barley, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt and saute on the medium flame for sometime
- Step 3 Add water as required, mix well and pressure cook till 3 whistles
- Step 4 Serve hot
