- Step 1 Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 2 tbsp julienne carrot, 1 tbsp julienne yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp julienne cabbage and saute on high flame.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tsp schezwan sauce, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1/8 salt and mix well
- Step 3 Add cooked barley and toss all ingredients well
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mixed seeds
- Step 5 Garnish with 4 basil leaves
- Step 6 Serve Hot.
