A healthy and colorful barley salad with vegetables. A salad so bright and healthy, it'll make you want more.
Take 4 tbsp barley, soak, cook and keep aside.
Take a mixing bowl, add previously cooked barley, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped cucumber, 1 tbsp
anar seeds, 1 tsp lemon juice.
To this mix further, add 1/4th tsp salt and 1/8th tsp black pepper.
Making sure all the ingredients are evenly mixed, scoop out a single portion on a serving bowl.
