1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Coconut Oil
3 Tbsp(39.0 gm) Barley
20 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
3 Tsp(11.0 gm) Urad Dal
  • Heat idli stand, add water into it. Grease tray with 1 tsp coconut oil, pour batter into tray, keep tray in idli stand, cover with lid. Cook it for 7 minutes on medium flame. Serve hot.
