- Step 1
For Sausage
Cook 2 chicken sausages in pan with 1/4 tsp oil till brown.
- Step 2
For Onion Gravy
In a pan heat 1 tsp butter add 1/2 cup julienne onion and saute till brown in color.
- Step 3
Add 1 tsp maida, water as required,1/2 tsp tomato ketchup,1/8 tsp salt, mix and cook it well.
- Step 4
Add cooked chicken sausage and mix.
- Step 5
For Mash
In a bowl add 1/3 cup boiled diced potato,1 tbsp buttermilk,1/4 tsp black pepper powder and mash it well.
- Step 6
Give a Nestle Twist by adding parsley.
- Step 7
Serve onion gravy sausages with potato mash.
