Steps
- Step 1 For Onion GravyIn a pan heat 1 tsp butter add into the 1/2 cup julienne onion and saute till brown in color
- Step 2 Add into the 1 tsp maida, water as required,1/2 tsp tomato ketchup,1/8th tsp salt, mix and cook it well
- Step 3 Add into the cooked chicken sausage and cook
- Step 4 For MashIn a bowl add 1/3 cup boiled diced potato,1 tbsp buttermilk,1/4th tsp black pepper powder,1/8th tsp salt and mash it well
- Step 5 Serve onion gravy sausages with potato mash
