- Step 1 Heat a kadhai, add 2 tsp oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped tomato and saute until soft
- Step 2 Season with 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Step 3 Add 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd and mix everything together
- Step 4 Pour in some water and cook the spices over low flame
- Step 5 Add 6 boiled potato and cook for a minute until everything combines well
- Step 6 Garnish with 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 8 Serve hot with paratha
