- Step 1
In a bowl, make a mixture of 2 tsp chopped walnuts, 1 tsp oil, 1 egg yolk & beat well.
- Step 2
Now add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4th cup chopped banana, 1 tbsp butter, and 3 tbsp powdered jaggery and whisk properly.
- Step 3
Now Sieve and add 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder & mix.
- Step 4
Add water and whisk again.
- Step 5
Separately whip the egg white to soft peak. Now add whipped egg white to the wet batter and fold gently.
- Step 6
Grease the tin with 1/2 tsp oil and dust with 1/2 tsp whole wheat flour.
- Step 7
Pour the batter into the muffin tin.
- Step 8
Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 25 mins.
