  • For Fried Banana

    In a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp cornflour,1/8 tsp baking powder, water as required, and mix it well till thin batter consistency.

  • Take 6 banana slices and coat with 1/2 tbsp cornflour then coat in thin flour batter.

  • Heat oil in a kadhai and deepfried coated banana slices.

  • For Caramelized Sugar

    In a pan add 3 tbsp sugar and caramelized it till brown in color and add into the fried banana slices then coat them with caramelized sugar.

  • Remove coated banana slices in icecubes water and transfer slices on a plate.

  • Sprinkle 1/4 tsp white til and serve.
