3/4 Cup(153.0 ml) Milk
1/8 Cup(21.0 gm) Banana(Sliced)
1/4 Cup(14.0 gm) Palak(Chopped)
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Sugar
  • In a blender add 1/8th cup sliced banana, 1/4th cup chopped palak,1 tsp sugar and 3/4th cup milk.

  • Blend it to smooth consistency.

  • Serve it chilled.
