1/8 Tsp(0.25 gm) Green Elaichi (Powder)

1/8 Tsp(0.25 gm) Nutmeg

4 No.(0.4 gm) Kesar Strand

4 Tbsp(52.0 gm) Sugar

2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Ghee

As Required(150.0 ml) Water
  • Preparation

    In a heated pan add 1/4 cup Rava and 2 tsp Ghee.

  • Roast it well.

  • Add 4 tbsp Sugar and water as required.

  • Allow it to cook for 3 to 4 min.

  • Now add 1/4 cup Banana, 1/8 tsp Elaichi powder, 1/8 tsp Nutmeg powder and 4 no. Kesar strands.

  • Mix well and serve it hot.

  • Yummy Banana Sheera is ready.
