- Step 1 In a heated pan add 1/4 cup suji and 2 tsp ghee.
- Step 2 Roast it well.
- Step 3 Add 4 tbsp sugar and water as required.
- Step 4 Allow it to cook for 3 to 4 min till it thickens.
- Step 5 Now add 1/4 cup chopped banana, 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder, 1/8 tsp nutmeg powder and 4 kesar strands.
- Step 6 Mix well and serve it hot.
- Step 7 Give a Nestle Twist by adding pistachios.
- Step 8 Yummy banana sheera is ready.
