Banana Raita Recipe

A perfect blend of sweet and spice, bowl! If you thought banana can only be used in making desserts and fruit salads, you will be pleasantly surprised by this banana raita. A bowl full of instant energy and potassium.

1/4 Cup(60.0 gm) Curd
1/4 Cup(36.0 gm) Banana (Chopped)
1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Dry Mango Powder
1/8 Tsp(0.23 gm) Ginger (Grated)
  • In a mixing bowl, take 1/4th cup chopped bananas and add 1/4th tsp grated ginger to it.

  • Add 1/4th cup curd and to balance the flavor add 1/4th tsp, dry mango powder.

  • Mix well and serve as an accompaniment.
