To make poori dough
In a bowl add 1/4 cup whole wheat flour, add maida, sugar, diced banana, powdered almond, powdered green elaichi and ghee.
Mix and rub to combine everything together. Now add salt and sufficient water to make a soft dough.
Knead the dough and rest it for 10 minutes.
Take a small portion and roll it to make poori.
While on the other side, heat oil for deep frying.
Slide in the pooris and deep fry till it turns golden brown.
