- Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp oil and mashed dates and whisk it well.
- Step 2
Next, add 1/4 cup oats flour, 1/4 cup whole wheat flour, 1/4th tsp each of baking powder, baking soda, and 1/10th tsp salt.
- Step 3
Add 1/4th cup of chopped banana, 1 tbsp chopped dates, and 1/4th tsp vanilla extract.
- Step 4
Add 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, and 10 black raisins and mix well.
- Step 5
Mix well and make into a dough.
- Step 6
Bake the mix, in a preheated oven, for 20 mins at 180 degrees.
- Step 7
Remove carrot cake oatmeal from the oven, and let it cool.
- Step 8
Serve
