- Step 1 In a bowl, add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well
- Step 2 Knead into a soft dough using water as required
- Step 3 Cover and rest the dough
- Step 4 In another bowl add 1 tbsp chopped banana, 2 tbsp nutella and mix well
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chia seeds
- Step 6 Now, knead the dough again and divide into equal portions
- Step 7 Roll each into a small round, place the filling in centre and seal the edges gently
- Step 8 Place the momos in a steamer and steam until done
- Step 9 Serve this decadent momos with fresh fruits and serve hot.
