20 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
2 Tbsp(30.0 gm) Chocolate Spread
1 Chopped Tbsp(14.0 gm) Banana
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
3 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
For Dough
In a bowl, add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1/8th tsp salt and water.
Mix well , knead a soft dough and rest for 10 minutes.
*For Filling
Add 1 tbsp chopped banana, 2 tbsp nutella spread and mix well.
For Momos
Take the rested dough and roll it in a ball form, flatten it and make it in a circular roti shape using a rolling pin.
Add the mixture and cover with the other half and seal from all sides.
Steam the momos and serve hot.
