Banana Muffins Recipe

1/4 Cup(36.0 gm) Sugar (Powder)

1/8 Cup(25.0 ml) Milk

1 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Chocolate Chips

1 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Walnut (Chopped)

1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Baking Powder

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Baking Soda

1/8 Tsp(0.4 gm) Vanilla Extract

4 Tbsp(33.0 ml) Oil
  • In a bowl, add 2 tbsp powdered sugar,4 tbsp oil and whisk well.

  • Add 1/2 tsp vanilla essence,1/2 cup wheat flour,1 tbsp chopped walnuts, 1/4th tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder and mix well.

  • Add 1 cup chopped banana and 1 tbsp chocolate chips and mix well.

  • Add 1/2 cup milk and mix & fold the batter.

  • Preheat oven at 180 degree celsius for 10 mins.

  • Pour the batter into mould.

  • Bake at 180 degree celsius for 15 mins.
