Soy milk is a great alternative to dairy milk. A very good source of potassium, fortified with vitamins A, B-12, and D, as well as calcium makes it nutrient rich.
In a pan, heat 2 tsp ghee.
add 2 tbsp Sliced Banana, 2 tsp Chopped Walnuts, 2 tsp chopped Pista, 2 tsp chopped Almonds, and 1 tsp Raisins roast well till they turn aromatic.
Pour Soy milk, add sugar and elaichi powder.
Cover the Lid and simmer for a min.
