1.0 Cup(208.0 ml) Soy Milk
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(29.0 gm) Banana
2.0 Chopped Tsp(6.0 gm) Pista
2.0 Chopped Tsp(5.0 gm) Almond
2.0 Chopped Tsp(5.0 gm) Walnut
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.5 gm) Green Elaichi
1.0 Tsp(4.0 gm) Raisin
1.0 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Sugar
1.0 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
  • In a pan, heat 2 tsp ghee.

  • add 2 tbsp chopped banana, 2 tsp chopped walnuts, 2 tsp chopped pista, 2 tsp chopped almonds, and 1 tsp raisins; roast well till they turn aromatic.

  • Pour 1 cup soy milk, add 1 tbsp sugar and 1/4 tsp green elaichi powder.

  • Cover the lid and simmer for a min.

  • Serve warm.
