Banana Kheer With Soy Milk Recipe

Soy milk is a great alternative to dairy milk. A very good source of potassium, fortified with vitamins A, B-12, and D, as well as calcium makes it nutrient rich.

2 Tbsp(29.0 gm) Banana (Chopped)

2 Tsp(6.0 gm) Pista (Chopped)

1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Raisin

2 Tsp(5.0 gm) Walnut (Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(0.5 gm) Green Elaichi Powder

1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Sugar

2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Ghee
  • In a pan, heat 2 tsp ghee.

  • add 2 tbsp Sliced Banana, 2 tsp Chopped Walnuts, 2 tsp chopped Pista, 2 tsp chopped Almonds, and 1 tsp Raisins roast well till they turn aromatic.

  • Pour Soy milk, add sugar and elaichi powder.

  • Cover the Lid and simmer for a min.

  • Serve warm.
