For Jaggery Water
In a pan add water as required,1/8th cup jaggery powder, mix it well and bring to a boil.
Strain the water and keep aside.
In a mixing bowl add 1/4th cup chopped banana, hot jaggery water, and mix it well.
Add 1/8th tsp green elaichi powder,1 tbsp chopped coconut,1/4th cup maida,1/2 tbsp rice flour, and mix all ingredients well.
Grease appam mold with 1 tsp ghee then pour the batter and cook appam from both sides.
