Steps
- Step 1 For Jaggery WaterIn a pan add water as required,1/8th cup jaggery powder, mix it well and bring to a boil
- Step 2 Strain the water and keep aside
- Step 3 For AppamIn a mixing bowl add 1/4th cup chopped banana, hot jaggery water, and mix it well
- Step 4 Add 1/8th tsp green elaichi powder,1 tbsp chopped coconut,1/4th cup whole wheat flour, and 1/2 tbsp rice flour, and mix all ingredients well
- Step 5 Grease appam mould with 1 tsp ghee then pour the batter and cook appam from both sides
- Step 6 Serve
