1/4 Cup(36.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
1/2 Tbsp(7.0 gm) Rice Flour
1 Chopped Tbsp(9.0 gm) Fresh Coconut
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.24 gm) Green Elaichi
1/4 Chopped Cup(47.0 gm) Banana
1/8 Powder Cup(20.0 gm) Jaggery
30 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
For Jaggery Water
In a pan add water as required,1/8th cup jaggery powder, mix it well and bring to a boil.
Strain the water and keep aside.
For Appam
In a mixing bowl add 1/4th cup chopped banana, hot jaggery water, and mix it well.
Add 1/8th tsp green elaichi powder,1 tbsp chopped coconut,1/4th cup whole wheat flour, and 1/2 tbsp rice flour, and mix all ingredients well.
Grease appam mould with 1 tsp ghee then pour the batter and cook appam from both sides.
