- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 cup suji and mix well.
- Step 2 Now add 1/4 cup mashed banana and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 3 In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 2 kadi patta and allow to crackle.
- Step 4 Add the tadka in the prepared idli batter and mix well.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 6 Allow the batter to rest for 10 min.
- Step 7 Add 1 tsp fruit salt in batter and mix well.
- Step 8 Grease idli moulds with oil, pour in the prepared idli batter.
- Step 9 Steam the batter for 15 minutes.
- Step 10 Serve hot banana idlis.
