  • In a bowl add 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 cup suji and mix well.

  • Now add 1/4 cup mashed banana and 1/8 tsp salt.

  • In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 2 kadi patta and allow to crackle.

  • Add the tadka in the prepared idli batter and mix well.

  • Allow the batter to rest for 10 min.

  • Add 1 tsp fruit salt in batter and mix Well.

  • Grease idli moulds with 1/2 tsp oil, pour in the prepared idli batter.

  • Steam the batter for 15 minutes.

  • Serve hot banana idlis.
