For Date Syrup
- Step 1 In a pan add 1/8 cup chopped dates, water as required and boil it well.
- Step 2 Mash and strain it with a muslin cloth.

For Dip
- Step 1 Roast banana in an oven at 350 Degrees for 2030 minutes and grind it in a smooth puree.
- Step 2 In a pan add roasted banana puree, dates syrup,1/8 tsp lemon juice,1/8 tsp salt, mix and cook it till thick.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding walnuts.
- Step 4 Serve.
