1/4 Tsp(2.0 gm) Sugar
1/8 Tsp(0.3 gm) Gelatin
1/4 Cup(52.0 ml) Soy Milk
7.5 Gram(8.0 gm) Tapioca Starch
1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Sugar
1/3 Cup(48.0 ml) Coconut Milk
1/8 Diced Cup(25.0 gm) Banana
In a grinder add 1/8 cup diced banana,1/3 cup coconut milk,1 tbsp sugar, 7.5 gm tapioca starch,1/4 cup soy milk,1/8 tsp gelatin powder and grind it well.
Pour mixture in a heated pan and cook it till thicken consistency.
Pour cooked mixture in a mold and refrigerate it till set.
Add on top of the Brulee, 1/2 tsp sugar and caramelized it.
Serve.
