Banana Chocolate Pancake Recipe

Always a child's favourite! It is very easy to make these scrumptious pankcakes. Banana and chocolate are one of the best combinations. It can be a great breakfast as well as dessert.

1/4 Cup(47.0 gm) Banana(Diced)

2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Cocoa Powder

1/4 Cup(32.0 gm) Maida

1/8 Tsp(0.42 gm) Vanilla Extract

1/8 Tsp(0.45 gm) Baking Powder

1 No.(45.0 gm) Egg Whole (Without Shell)

50 Ml(50.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk

1 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Sugar (Powder)

1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Butter
  • Take a blender to add 1/4th cup banana, 1/4th cup maida, 2 tsp cocoa powder and break 1 whole egg in it.

  • Follow this by adding 1 tbsp powder sugar, 1/8th tsp vanilla extract, 1/8th tsp baking powder and pouring 50 ml Nestlé A+ Milk. Blend well.

  • Melt 1/2 tsp butter on a nonstick frypan at a low flame.

  • Take a scoopful of the batter, put it in the pan and spread evenly to form a pancake.

  • Allowing it to cook, flip and make sure both sides are browned well.

  • Garnish with chocolate chips and chocolate sauce.

  • Serve fresh and hot.
