Always a child's favourite! It is very easy to make these scrumptious pankcakes. Banana and chocolate are one of the best combinations. It can be a great breakfast as well as dessert.
Take a blender to add 1/4th cup banana, 1/4th cup maida, 2 tsp cocoa powder and break 1 whole egg in it.
Follow this by adding 1 tbsp powder sugar, 1/8th tsp vanilla extract, 1/8th tsp baking powder and pouring 50 ml milk. Blend well.
Melt 1/2 tsp butter on a nonstick frypan at a low flame.
Take a scoopful of the batter, put it in the pan and spread evenly to form a pancake.
Allowing it to cook, flip and make sure both sides are browned well.
Garnish with chocolate chips and chocolate sauce.
Serve fresh and hot.
