Banana Chocolate Cookies Recipe

18.0 Gm(18.0 gm) Dark Chocolate
1/4 Chopped Cup(47.0 gm) Banana
2.0 Tbsp(23.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1/4 Tsp(0.83 gm) Vanilla Extract
1/4 Tsp(0.89 gm) Baking Powder
2.0 Powder Tbsp(22.0 gm) Sugar
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2.0 Tbsp(23.0 gm) Butter
  • In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp butter and powdered sugar and mix well.

  • Add 1/4th tsp each of vanilla extract, salt, and baking powder

  • Then, add 50 gm maida, 1/4 cup of chopped banana and 18 gm chopped dark chocolate.

  • Mix all the ingredients well.

  • To this, add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, mix well and knead into a dough.

  • Roll the dough and shape them into equalsized balls.

  • Preheat the oven, grease a baking tray, and place the cookies in it.

  • Bake them at 180 degrees for 10 mins.

  • Remove from the oven and keep aside to cool.

  • Banana chocolate cookies are ready to serve.
