- Step 1 In a pan, add 2 tbsp oats, and dry roast until lightly golden.
- Step 2 Pour 1/2 cup skimmed milk, 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder, salt as per taste, mix and cook until oats are done.
- Step 3 Add tahini made by dry roasting 1 ½ tbsp white til and grinding into a smooth paste using little water.
- Step 4 Mix and simmer for a few minutes.
- Step 5 Transfer to a bowl and garnish with 1/4 cup diced banana, 1 tbsp chia seeds.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding chopped almonds.
- Step 7 Serve hot.
