Prepreparation
Preheat oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
For garlic bread
In 1.5 tbsp melted butter, add 1 tbsp of chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Apply garlic butter on one side of bread and grill for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
For Vegetables
In a pan, heat 1 tsp butter.
Add in 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped beans, 4 flowrets of broccoli and stir fry.
Keep it aside.
For baked vegetables with garlic bread
In a mixing bowl, add stir fried vegetables, 1.5 tbsp cream cheese, 1/4th tsp mixed herbs, 1/4th tsp red chilly flakes, 1/8th tsp salt, mix it and then add 1 tbsp grated cheese.
Bake vegetables at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Serve hot with freshly baked garlic bread.
