For Stuffing
- Step 1 In a kadhai, add 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute well.
- Step 2 Now, add 1/2 cup mashed tofu, 3 tbsp soaked soya granules, 1/4 tsp salt, 3 tsp schezwan chutney and mix well.

For Dough
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1/8 tsp salt, and water as required, mix well and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 3 Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Step 4 Roll out the dough ball into a round shape. Roll into a cone shape.
- Step 5 Add prepared mixture, seal the edges and make a samosa.
- Step 6 Brush the samosas with oil & bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees celsius till it turns golden brown.
- Step 7 Serve hot.
