- Step 1 In a bowl, beat 2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp oregano, 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes. Mix well and keep aside.
- Step 2 Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add 1/4 tsp chopped garlic, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 ½ tbsp chopped tomato and saute for a minute.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding chopped green olives.
- Step 4 Add 1 ½ cup chopped spinach and salt as per taste. Cover and cook.
- Step 5 In a baking tray, brush some oil. Transfer the cooked spinach mixture and pour the prepared egg batter over it.
- Step 6 Bake it for 5 to 10 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.
- Step 7 Cut into slices and serve.
