To Make Samosa Filling
Heat 1 tsp oil in a Kadai, to this Add 1 tbsp Chopped Onion and saute till the onions are transparent
Now add 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste and Saute till the raw smell of ginger goes, then Add all dry spices,1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/8 tsp Haldi, 1/4 tsp Garam Masala and 1/8 tsp Salt Mix and cook well
Add water to avoid burning of the masala, and then add 1 tbsp Peas, mix well so that the peas are well coated in spices
Add water to cook the peas, cover and allow to cook, when peas are nicely cooked Add 1/4 cup Diced Boiled Potato and Add 1 tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves, mix and mash everything together. Your stuffing is ready.
For Outer Cover
Take 2 tbsp Wheat Flour, 1 tbsp Maida, 1/8 tsp Salt, and Water Knead Into a soft Dough.
Roll Out Using Rolling Pin, Cut Into Half
Make Triangular Pockets then fill the mixture to the pockets
gently fold and seal the samosa, whereas on the other hand Pre Heat Oven at 180 c for 10 min
Transfer the prepared samosa to the baking tray and then in the preheated oven, bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
