- Step 1 Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadhai, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute until soft
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala and 1/8 tsp salt and mix we;;
- Step 3 Pour in a little water, add 1 tbsp peas and mix well
- Step 4 Cover the pan and cook until done
- Step 5 Add 1/4 cup diced boiled potato, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds
- Step 7 Mash everything until smooth and set aside
- Step 8 In another bowl add, 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1/8 tsp salt, and mix well
- Step 9 Knead into a semisoft dough using water as required
- Step 10 Divide the dough into evensized balls, roll each and cut into half
- Step 11 Make triangular pockets and stuff with spiced potato mix
- Step 12 Gently fold and seal the samosa and set aside
- Step 13 Pre heat oven at 180 c for 10 min
- Step 14 Place the samosa on a baking tray and bake until crisp and light brown
- Step 15 Serve with chutney
