  • In a mixing bowl add 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup oats flour, 2 tbsp flax seeds powder, 1/4 tsp ginger powder, apple puree, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1/3 cup chopped pineapple, 1 tbsp chopped walnut and mix it well.
