For Stuffing
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/2 cup grated paneer, 3 tsp schezwan chutney, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, and 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds.

For Dough
- Step 1 Pulse 3 tbsp soya granules into a fine powder.
- Step 2 In a bowl, add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 3 tbsp soya flour, 1/2 tsp oil, 1/8 tsp salt, water as required, mix well and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 3 Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Step 4 Roll out the dough into a round shape.
- Step 5 Add prepared paneer mixture, seal the edges to make a samosa.
- Step 6 Brush the samosa with 1 tsp oil and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees celsius till it turns golden brown.
- Step 7 Serve hot.
