These baked mushrooms are drizzled with a garlic and herbs, then baked at high heat until tender. A super easy side dish that always gets rave reviews!
Take 1/2 cup diced mushroom in a bowl.
To it add 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1.5 tbsp chopped parsley, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tbsp lemon juice.
Give all these a nice toss.
Transfer it to a baking tray.
Bake it at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Serve it hot.
