Baked Mushrooms With Herbs Recipe

These baked mushrooms are drizzled with a garlic and herbs, then baked at high heat until tender. A super easy side dish that always gets rave reviews!

1/2 Cup(48.0 gm) Mushroom (Diced)

1.5 Tbsp(2.0 gm) Parsley (Chopped)

1/2 Tbsp(6.0 ml) Lemon Juice

1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic (Chopped)
ingredients
1 Tsp(1.0 gm) Oregano

1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Black Pepper (Powder)

1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt
ingredients
1 Tbsp(14.0 ml) Olive Oil
  • Preparation

    Take 1/2 cup diced mushroom in a bowl.

  • To it add 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1.5 tbsp chopped parsley, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tbsp lemon juice.

  • Give all these a nice toss.

  • Transfer it to a baking tray.

  • Bake it at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

  • Serve it hot.
