1/2 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Chana Dal
1/4 Tbsp(4.0 gm) Rice
70 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
1/8 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
0.1 Tsp(0.53 gm) Baking Soda
1 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/4 Grated Tsp(0.47 gm) Ginger
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/4 Cup(53.0 gm) Urad Dal
  • In a mixing bowl add ground urad, chana dal rice powder, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp grated ginger, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp salt, water as required, 1/10 tsp baking soda and mix it well.

  • Pour batter in a medu vada mold and bake at 230 degrees celsius for 12 minutes.

  • Flip it and again bake for 12 minutes.

  • Serve hot.
