- Step 1
For Stuffing
In a kadhai, add 2 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 cup minced chicken, 2 tbsp chopped green cabbage, 2 tsp grated carrot, 2 tsp chopped green capsicum, 2 tsp chopped spring onion and saute well.

Now, add 2 tsp schezwan sauce, and 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 3
For Samosa
In a bowl, add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8 tsp salt, and water, mix well and knead into a soft dough.

Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Step 5
Give a nestle twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 6
Roll out the dough ball using rolling pin.
- Step 7
Add stuffing, make samosa & seal.
- Step 8
Brush the samosas with 1 tsp oil & bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees celsius till it turns golden brown.
- Step 9
Serve hot.
