For Filling
- Step 1 Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste,2 tbsp chopped onion and saute till onion is translucent.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp green chilli paste,1/4 tsp red chilli powder,1/4 tsp garam masala,1/8 tsp coriander powder,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/8 cup minced chicken, 1/3 tsp salt, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and saute well.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 4 Cover and cook till chicken is tender.
- Step 5 Keep aside

For Dough
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/2 cup wheat flour,1 tsp ghee, and water as required.
- Step 2 Knead the mixture into a soft dough. Cover and rest for a few minutes.

For Gujiya
- Step 1 Take a portion of dough, roll it out and add the prepared mixture into it.
- Step 2 Bring both edges together and seal the Gujiya.
- Step 3 Brush the gujiyas with 1 tsp oil & bake at 180degree Celsius for 20 25 minutes.
- Step 4 Tasty Gujiya is ready.
