In a bowl, add 1/4th cup julienne carrot, 1 tbsp corn flour, 2 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder and mix well.
Place on a tray and bake at 200 degree for 20 minutes.
