Heat a pan with 1 tsp ghee, add 2 tbsp ragi flour and roast until light brown

Add 1/2 cup of Nestlé A+ Milk, 1 tsp chopped dates and stir it well for a smooth texture

Simmer over low flame until it thickens and turn off the flame

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease the baking dish

Pour the mixture and spread it out evenly
- Step 6
Top it up with diced banana
- Step 7
Give it a Nestle twist by adding mixed nuts
- Step 8
Bake until the top is golden brown and the porridge is set.
