Bajri Pancakes Recipe

These pancakes are extremely easy to make and full of fibre and protein ! These are perfect for a quick breakfast or evening snack.

2 Tbsp(25.0 ml) Bajra Flour

2 Tbsp(25.0 gm) Boiled Potato (Chopped)

1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Suji

1 Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.27 gm) Green Chilli (Chopped)
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.3 gm) Jeera

2 No.(0.22 gm) Kadi Patta
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil

As Required(15.0 ml) Water
  • For Mixture

    In a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp bajra flour, 2 tbsp boiled and chopped Potato, 1/8th tsp chopped green chilli, 2 no. kadi patta, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp Suji, 1/8th tsp salt and 1/8th tsp jeera.

  • Mix all ingredients well and add water as required.

  • For Pancakes

    On a hot pan pour 1/2 tsp oil and spread the prepared mixture well.

  • Roast it evenly on both the sides.

  • Yummy bajri pancakes are ready to serve.
