  • In a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp bajra flour, 2 tbsp boiled and chopped Potato, 1/8 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 no. kadi patta, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp Suji, 1/8 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp jeera.

  • Mix all ingredients well and add water as required.

  • For Pancakes

  • On a hot pan pour 1/2 tsp oil and spread the prepared mixture well.

  • Roast it evenly on both the sides.

  • Yummy bajri pancakes are ready to serve.
