Bajri pancakes are loaded with protein and fiber and are very simple to cook. These are ideal for a quick evening snack or breakfast.

In a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp bajra flour, 2 tbsp boiled and chopped Potato, 1/8 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 no. kadi patta, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp Suji, 1/8 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp jeera.
Mix all ingredients well and add water as required.
On a hot pan pour 1/2 tsp oil and spread the prepared mixture well.
Roast it evenly on both the sides.
Yummy bajri pancakes are ready to serve.
