For Dhokla
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/3 cup bajra flour, samai flour, 1/4 cup grated bottle gourd, 1/8 cup Nestle a+ slim dahi, salt as per taste and water as required to make a smooth batter.
- Step 2 Let it sit for an hour.
- Step 3 Grease the steamer pan with a little oil and in the batter add 1/8 tsp fruit salt, 1 tsp lemon juice and mix gently.
- Step 4 Immediately pour the batter into the greased pan and steam it till done. Cool slightly and cut into the pieces.

For Tadka
- Step 1 Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/2 tsp jeera, kadi patta and allow it to splutter.
- Step 2 Then add 1 tsp chopped green chilli and 1 tsp white til.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated ginger.
- Step 4 Pour this tadka over the dhokla and serve.
