1/4 Flour Cup(27.0 ml) Bajra
0.13 Cup(22.0 gm) Rice Flour
2.0 Tbsp(21.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
2.0 Chopped Tsp(5.0 gm) Garlic
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli
2.0 Grated Tsp(4.0 gm) Ginger
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Oil
15.0 Ml(15.0 ml) Water
  • In a bowl, add 1/4 cup bajra flour, 2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 2 tsp green chilli, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 cup rice flour, 1.5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd and mix well.

  • Heat oil for frying

  • Put small portions of dough in oil and fry till golden brown.

  • Serve Hot,
