Bajra upma is a flavourful, gluten-free dish made with whole grain bajra combined with different veggies of your choice, making it a healthy and tasty option for kids and adults.
Nutrition Information per serve
In a pan add 1 tbsp oil, 1/4th tsp rai and allow it to crackle.
Add 1/4th tsp jeera, 2.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp green chili, 2.5 tbsp chopped tomato and wait until it gets mushy.
Add cooked bajra, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp lemon juice and cook well.
Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
