2.5 Tbsp(31.0 gm) Bajra

2.5 Chopped Tbsp(31.0 gm) Tomato

2.5 Chopped Tbsp(20.0 gm) Onion

1.0 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves

1.0 Tsp(4.0 gm) Lemon Juice

1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli

1/4 Tsp(0.93 gm) Rai

1/8 Tsp(0.3 gm) Jeera

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1.0 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Oil

100.0 Ml(100.0 ml) Water
Cook 2.5 tbsp bajra.
In a pan add 1 tbsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai and allow it to crackle.
Add 1/4 tsp jeera, 2.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp chopped green chili, 2.5 tbsp chopped tomato and wait until it gets mushy.
Add cooked bajra, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp lemon juice and cook well.
Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Serve Hot.
