  • In a pan add 1 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp rai and allow it to crackle.

  • Add 1/4th tsp jeera, 2 tsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp green chili, 2 tsp chopped tomato and wait until it gets mushy.

  • Add cooked bajra, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp lemon juice and cook well.

  • Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Serve Hot.
