- Step 1 In a bowl, add 3/4 cup bajra flour, 2 tbsp wheat flour, 2 tbsp besan,1 tbsp white til, 2 tsp jeera, 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 tsp grated garlic, 1/8 tsp haldi, salt as per taste, and mix well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding ajwain.
- Step 3 Add water as required and knead into a soft dough. Cover the dough and rest it for a few minutes.
- Step 4 Take a portion of dough and roll it smoothly. Roll out it into the semithick circular shape paratha.
- Step 5 Heat a nonstick pan, place the paratha, and roast it from one side.
- Step 6 Flip, brush with ghee, and roast it from another side till cooked.
- Step 7 Serve hot with Nestlé A+ Curd.
