- Step 1 In a mixing bowl, add 4 tbsp bajra flour,1 tbsp boiled & mashed sweet potato, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt,1 tsp chopped mint leaves, required water & mix it well.
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp oil & knead the dough.
- Step 3 Give a nestle twist by adding chopped mint leaves.
- Step 4 Dust the rolling pin with little flour, roll the dough into a round paratha.
- Step 5 Place the paratha on a heated tawa, apply 1 tsp ghee & roast it.
- Step 6 Flip & cook both the sides evenly.
- Step 7 Serve hot with Nestlé A+ Curd.
