- Step 1 In a bowl, add cooked bajra, 1/3 cup boiled mashed sweet potato, 1/8 cup chopped coriander leaves, 2 tbsp besan, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tsp grated ginger, 1 tbsp jeera, 1½ tbsp white til, 1/4 tsp chaat masala, 2 tsp lemon juice and mix all together.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 3 Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a small ball, flatten it slightly.
- Step 4 In a nonstick pan, heat 1½ tsp oil, and place cutlets. Roast them from both sides till crispy and golden.
- Step 5 Serve hot with mint chutney.
