- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/2 cup bajra flour, soaked soya granules, 1/3 cup grated potato, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves,1 tbsp jeera, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, salt as per taste and mix all well. Add water if required so that the mixture is not too dry.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding ajwain.
- Step 3 In a nonstick pan, heat 1 ½ tsp oil, add a spoonful of batter, and spread it.
- Step 4 Roast it from both sides till crispy and golden.
- Step 5 Serve hot.
